It's hard to believe, but this is the last week of January! We had a lot of activity last week, not only with inspections for Fulton and Wauson Lodges, but appendant body inspections as well. This week looks to be a little quieter, but still some opportunity to travel:

It was frigidly cold outside, but indoors, Wauseon Lodge No.349 F&AM was warm with amazing fellowship. The evening began with a delicious lasagna meal prepared by Treasurer/Chef, WB Torbet. The sidelines were close to full. Brother Braunreuther, a member of Fulton Lodge, graciously agreed to serve as the Entered Apprentice candidate. He received a fine EA degree. Fulton Lodge #248 F & AM took home the traveling trophy.. The next inspection will be for Bryan Lodge, Fellowcraft Degree, 7:00 pm on Friday, February 6. Here's hoping the weather will moderate by then.

Despite the cold weather, 38 hardy Masons made the trip to Delta for Fulton Lodge and the first inspection of the season. After a meal including their fabled bologna sandwiches, Fulton Lodge exemplified the Master Mason degree for brother Mark Nightingale. A highlight of the lecture was each of the emblems on the Master's Carpet explained by an individual Brother of Fulton Lodge.
Turn-around is quick. Wauseon Lodge is conducting the Entered Apprentice degree tonight, January 23. 6:00 pm for a lasagna dinner, degree at 7:00, Please be mindful of the extreme cold, travel only if you feel safe doing so.
