2016 Deacons and Wardens Workshop

The Fifth District Education Officers have scheduled this year's workshop for Saturday, January 30 at Napoleon Lodge beginning at 9:00 a.m. Last year, our DEO's with the assistance of several other speakers presented very interesting programs promoting effective leadership for the Deacons and Wardens. Although the material will differ some this year, I'm sure the information presented will be both interesting and educational.

As the program will run into the early afternoon, a lunch will be provided at a nominal cost. To prepare adequately for the workshop and lunch, please let Napoleon Lodge secretary, RWB Doug Eis at surveyor@henry-net.com know how many will be attending from your lodge.

Please feel free to forward this message to your Deacons and Wardens and encourage them to attend this training as we all seek to improve leadership abilities in each of our lodges.

Fraternally,
Bob Rettig, DDGM

Masons Lead Better Workshop

Brothers all,
After doing some serious looking  and research, it looks like Findlay is the closest place to go for the work shops.

  • Saturday, June 18, 2016 9:00AM  to 4:00PM  for Masonic Leaders Trestle Board

We can register for these at www.masonsleadbetter.com.  If you have not attended A MLB Workshop before you have to attend Becoming Masonry first. It would be great for the Fifth District to have a good showing for this.
