Discovered an old District Award from 2000

It's amazing what one can find squirreled away in a lodge. One of our DDGMs recently discovered this award relic. It is the 5th District Traveling Education Award. As the top inscription reads: This Trophy is presented to the Lodge demonstrating excellence of participation in education programs of the Grand Lodge of Ohio F & AM.

Awarded in the years 1993-2000, the following lodges adorned their walls with it: Hicksville 478 (1993), Hicksville 478 (1994), Sherwood 620 (1995), Sycamore 520 (1996), Fulton 248 (1997), Sycamore 520 (1998), Superior 179 (1999), Bryan 215 (2000).

Does anyone from these lodges recall what your lodge did to achieve this? Very little documentation is readily available to list out the requirements.
