Your District Planner for the week of November 1, 2026
mastermasonGood Sunday morning, District Brothers. We are now in November, which means annual lodge meetings, officer elections, and, in some cases, lodge officer installations (remember, you can't be installed until after Convocation unless you are already a past master or a Royal Arch Mason). Secretaries, please remember to fill out Form 52 to certify your election results for the master of your lodge; they will need this when they attend Convocation in December. If you have a date planned for your Lodge Officer Installation, please share it with me so we can get it published, and be sure to inform me if it is an open or closed ceremony. Until then, here is what's going on this week:
- 11/2: Edon Lodge #474 stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/2: Sherwood Lodge #620 stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/3: Bryan Lodge #215 stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/3: Fulton Lodge #248 stated meeting @ 7:30p, dinner at 6:30p
- 11/3: Napoleon Lodge #256 stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/4: 5th District Assoc Meeting in Napoleon @ 7p
- 11/5: En-Sa-Woc-Sa Chapter stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/7: Omega Lodge #564 stated meeting @ 7:30p
- 11/7: Wauseon Chapter/Council stated meeting @ 9a
- 11/7: Valley of Toledo Fall Reunion in Ridgeville Corners
Congratulations to WB Chris Meeker, who was installed as the new 5th District DEO at Wauseon Lodge on Friday evening!
If you are participating in the Valley of Toledo Reunion this coming Saturday, don't forget about practice this afternoon at Phoenix Lodge and the dress rehearsal on Friday in Ridgeville Corners.
For all LEOs and Deacons & Wardens, the DEOs will be conducting workshops on December 5 at Napoleon. Deacons & Wardens are at 10 a.m.; LEOs are at 11 a.m. Please contact either Chris Meeker or Ryan Bleck with questions and your RSVP.
Past Master Convocation is also in Napoleon on December 5, starting at 9am. Bring your Form 52; ALL master elects are required to attend!
Lodge Officer Installation I know about so far:
- 11/12: Fulton Lodge #248 Open @ 7p
- 11/14: Sycamore Lodge #520 Open @ 9a
- 11/17: Bryan Lodge #215 Open @ 7p
Last Item: Hicksville Lodge #478 is holding its 80th annual Thanksgiving Morning Master Mason Degree. The gavel drops at 6 a.m., and you will be home before the turkey even goes in the oven. The brothers of Hicksville need your help with the FC team. Please reach out to Ryan Bleck, Scott Wade, or Rick Evens, Jr.
